Department of Labor Office of Inspector General Blanket Purchase Agreement Contract

The Office of Inspector General (OIG) designs, develops, and implements systems and applications in support of core mission functions of the Agency. For the most part these systems are developed using in-house government staff resources. These applications and systems reside on an Oracle 10g database housed on SUN servers. The databases and applications are dispersed across servers running Solaris and Windows operating systems.

The OIG would like to develop a blanket services agreement with a vendor that will allow us to supplement our in-house IT staff as needed. Contractor services required shall include Applications Developers, Database Administrators, Enterprise Architects, and CISSP certified IT Security Specialists.

Scope of Contract

Datawiz will be required to provide full-time qualified contract staff to work on-site, in support of the following activities:

  • Perform Database Administration duties (Database Administrator)
  • Perform Applications Developer duties (Applications Developer)
  • Conduct IT Security assessments in accordance with FISMA for system Certification and Accreditation (C&A) (IT Security Specialist)
  • Develop Enterprise Architecture artifacts (Enterprise Architect)

Task orders will be developed as needed for each area of work identified within the scope of work above. Each task order will clearly state the resource skill requirements for each position description above. Datawiz will provide candidates from the appropriate staffing category to be approved by the Agency COTR based on the skill sets requested.
