SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Design, develop, implement, maintain and support applications/systems. Debug, test and modify applications to correct errors, and to improve its performance. The candidate should be able to understand and implement the emerging technologies with a solid understanding of object oriented (OO) analysis and design principles. Should have excellent analytical skills with an entrepreneurial approach to solving complex technical and organizational process problems.
Jop duties include but are not limited to:
Design and develop solution that includes the user interface, business logic, system to system interface and integrated commercial off-the-shelf products using ASP.NET,C# and .NET technologies.
Design major and minor enhancements to the architecture within the existing frame work of enterprise-wide SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) applications using SONIC ESB.
Design, develop and maintain applications on FAST Enterprise Search Platform.
Design and develop database solutions using MS SQL server and Oracle.
Develop logical and physical database design through use of data definitions, diagrams and data modeling tools.
Perform design, code reviews and unit testing using Quick Test Professional.
Perform root cause analysis of technical problems in development, QA or production environments.
Identify opportunities for system improvement and develop prototypes of the software components.
Provide status updates to project manager, business system analysts and business process owner (s) for assigned deliverables.
