COMPUTER SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Datawiz Corporation is currently seeking a Computer Support Specialist for our corporate office. The Computer support specialist will be responsible for hardware and software support and network administration and the responsibilities will include:
Perform hardware and software moves, adds, and changes
- Answers questions over the phone and in person regarding PC operations and software including:
- M/S Windows XP, MS Office, IE and Exchange E-mail
- High-level MS Windows 2000 / 2003 Server administratio
- High-level MS Windows Active Directory User administration
- High-level Network operations/troubleshooting
- High Internet Usage

Provide user support - hardware and software.

Heavy customer interface.

Responsible for planning, purchasing, installing, troubleshooting and supporting hardware, software and networks.

Provide end user training on basic computer operations, MS Applications, Internet usage.

Ability to learn quickly and participate in other projects and duties as needed.
- Contact vendors for technical support and systems/parts replacement.

Complete required documentation related to services, inventory maintenance, and repair history recording.
Professional Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows XP & 2000, MS Office, Exchange 2003 and Internet use
- Ability to perform basic hardware troubleshooting, updates and modifications
- Ability to pay attention to detail and organize activities
- Must possess the ability and flexibility to work extra hours and weekends as needed
